What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Most items can be ordered in laboratory-scale (1–100g), pilot-scale (100g–10kg), and production-scale (10kg+) quantities. Contact us for specific MOQ information.
How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?
COAs are available for all products upon request. You can request one via the MSDS/COA form on our website or by emailing [email protected] with the product name and batch number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Chase Paymentech (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Stripe, PayPal, bank wire transfers, checks, and cash on delivery. Net terms may be available for qualified corporate accounts.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders reach most destinations within 7–14 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. We handle all customs documentation and can arrange door-to-door delivery including duties and taxes where applicable.
What quality certifications do you hold?

Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, product samples are available for most items. Please contact us with your requirements and we will arrange sample shipment. Sample quantities are typically 10–100g depending on the product.
Do you offer custom synthesis?
Yes, our in-house R&D team can develop custom synthesis routes for specialty molecules. Contact us with your specifications and required quantities for a confidential discussion.
What is your return policy?
All products are subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Claims for damaged or non-conforming goods must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete details.
